These Terms and Conditions of Sale "Terms" regulate the purchase of products and services offered by www.shopdream.it "we" to users "Customers". Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and other policies of the Site, including the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.
2. Products and Services
All products and services offered on the Site are described on their respective product pages. Images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. We reserve the right to change product specifications at any time without notice.
3. Prices and Payments

All prices are in Euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are excluded from the product price and will be calculated and added to the order total before payment.

We accept several payment methods, including Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer. Payment must be completed at the time of ordering. If payment is not made, the order will not be processed.

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of ordering and will be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Right of Withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with current legislation. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must contact us at help.shop.dream24@gmail.com providing the order number and the reasons for the withdrawal.
6.2 Return Conditions
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with original packaging and all accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 Refunds
Once we have received the returned product and verified its condition, we will proceed with the refund within 14 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
7. Warranty
All products sold on the Site are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity pursuant to applicable laws. In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer has the right to repair or replacement of the product without additional costs.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products and services through the Site. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service purchased.
