Return Policy
You can return an order, in whole or in part, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, The products must be in perfect resalable condition , i.e. unused, not damaged, ruined or dirty, equipped with all accessories, and packaged in their original packaging, including instructions for use and documentation.
How to request a return
If you logged into your Amabile account before purchasing, you can make a return request directly from your account, in the “Returns and replacements” section. Afterwards:
- Select the order and click on “CONTINUE”
- Select the products in your order for which you wish to request a return
- A box will appear, inside which you will have to specify:
- The type of request, indicating “Return Request”
- Product conditions
- The requested resolution (Refund, Voucher or Replacement / Exchange)
- Next, detail your request in the text box, following the examples given in the description.
- Send the request
- If your request meets the return conditions, you will receive an email confirming approval.
- Always from your account, you can print the pre-filled return form to insert inside the package, and follow the instructions for the return

Next, print the return form , fill it in with the details of your order and your request, and insert it inside the package before shipping it.

If your order meets the return conditions, we will proceed with the resolution requested by you. Refunds are issued within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the return in the warehouse.
