4. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
5. Can I return or exchange a piece of jewelry?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the jewelry is in its original condition, unworn and in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at help.shop.dream24@gmail.com with your order number and reason.
6. Do you offer a jewelry customization service?
At this time, we do not offer a customization service, but many of our jewelry pieces are available in different variations and styles to suit your taste. We are working on introducing this option in the future.
